At first it seemed that Ryan NUGENT-HOPKINS would be the runaway winner, but since his injury the race has really tightened up.
So I have narrowed down my choices to three;
The front runner I think now is Gabriel LANDESKOG.
Luckily I pulled this Young Gun from a hobby box, cause now the price is starting to rise.
My second choice is Ryan NUGENT-HOPKINS. His Young Gun was very expensive to get but now is finally coming down.
Luckily I just got this MVP Insert rookie card from the Victory updated set. One of the nicer looking rookie cards.
My third choice and current Rookie scoring leader is Adam HENRIQUE. He is playing on the top line in New Jersey and definitely deserves to win.
I have been able to pull a couple of Rookie Cards of HENRIQUE from a Pinnacle Hobby Box and his Victory Rookie not the greatest rookie cards but nice to have.
But more recently I just got a Rookie Materials card of HENRIQUE 2011-12 Limited Freshmen Jumbo draft position.
In a year that didn't have quite the list of Rookies as last season, the Rookie of the Year Race will come down to the final game which makes it really exciting to collect the Rookie Cards and try to guess who will win.
Please share your opinions of who you think will be Rookie of the Year and other rookie cards I should try and get.
